Group Meditations

Everyone is welcome to join our meditations. Group meditations are offered throughout the week.

Paramhansa Yogananda highly recommended meditating with others and having at least one longer meditation per week.

At Ananda Larchmont, we offer Guided and Silent (unguided) group meditation sessions.


Long (3-hour) Meditation Fridays

All are welcome!

Every Friday evening, we will have 3-hour-long meditations. These long meditations are a great opportunity to go deep in your practice with other meditators there to help support each other.

These will include Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Prayer, and Silent Meditation.

There will be Devotional Chanting breaks, so you can come for any or all parts of the meditation.
