Long Meditations

All are welcome!

Every Friday evening, we will have 3-hour-long meditations. These long meditations are a great opportunity to go deep in your practice with other meditators there to help support each other.

Includes prayer, chanting, and meditation.

This is an upright sitting meditation (i.e., no lying down), so please come ready for an energized practice of stillness and deep concentration. There will be periods of chanting on every hour, when it is appropriate to stand up, stretch, and move about.


On the first Friday of each month, the program will include:

  • 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.       Devotional Chanting
  • 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.       Silent Meditation (with chanting break at 8:00 p.m.)


Please note:   We will not have meditation on the following dates:
